Robert Clayton will introduce his new photography book Provision - Architecture of the Post-War Consensus. This will be followed by a discussion with C20 Director Catherine Croft and architectural photographer and gallerist Gareth Gardner.
Provision - Architecture of the Post-War Consensus, is an architectural monograph in colour of British Modernist architecture, 1950 to 1979, with contributions from Owen Hatherley, Barnabas Calder and Catherine Croft. Copies of Robert’s book will be available to purchase on the evening.
Catherine and Gareth Gardner will discuss with Rob the ideas which inspired the project, his style and way of working.
Robert Clayton is a London based freelance photographer whose personal work specialises in the changing face of Britain’s urban socio-economic landscape.
